Why an academic runs this
Executive coaching is under sustained and largely fair pressure for lacking an evidence base. Rankings in the field have tended to reproduce that problem — recycling the same self-reported accolades, treating paid placements as honours, and repeating superlatives no one can source.
This ranking takes the opposite approach. It weights published and peer-reviewed work, it reads the writing rather than counting it, it discounts recognition that turns out to be one network validating itself, and it prints what it could not verify.
