Why this placement

Coaching Real Leaders, her Harvard Business Review podcast, is in its tenth season and consists of recorded coaching sessions with real executives, debriefed afterwards. Measured against the six thought-leadership markers this is close to the strongest body of public teaching in the profession: specific, because it is actual practice rather than description of practice; transferable, because the method is visible move by move; and intellectually honest in a way almost no coaching content manages, because the sessions include the moments that do not land. Most coaches write about coaching. She shows it.

Leadership Unblocked (Harvard Business Review Press, 2025) and Own the Room (HBR Press, 2013, with Amy Jen Su) are both on a serious publisher. Shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Coaching & Mentoring Award 2025.
